I’ll just come right out and say it, I have this thing for French food. Maybe it’s the perfect ambience in nearly all French restaurants and bistros, maybe it’s because French technique is simple and they let the ingredients shine, or maybe it has something to do with butter and their frequent use of it. Today I am 24 years old  🎉

I was born on Monday, March 15th 1993 at 11:48 am in Toronto. Even though I’m not even halfway through my twenties, I feel I have a good handle on the world so far and even though the future as a young adult can seem intimidating, I can’t wait to see where my life takes me and how it all unfolds.
